Share the gift of the Communion of Saints with your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and godchildren!  This kit is the perfect shared project for older children or a great one-of-a-kind heirloom handcraft for any occasion: Christmas, Easter, Baptism, First Communion, birthdays, and more.  Or donate a set to your favorite Catholic pre-K or Kindergarten, Montessori atrium program, or Catechesis of the Good Shepherd class.
This kit has everything you need to fashion a beautiful, saintly, one-of-a-kind hand puppet.  Each kit includes:
  • 100% Merino wool from the EU sourced from an American (Ohio) company,
  • Step-by-step printed directions and QR codes for YouTube video tutorials,
  • Pre-cut felt pieces for the puppet and iconic saintly imagery,
  • One self-threading needle,
  • Embroidery floss for each required color,
  • Optional add-on customized laser-cut name tag.
Each puppet kit reflects a unique thoughtful representation of the saint to familiarize the littlest with the Communion of Saints -- the Church Triumphant -- who await the faithful in heaven but intercede for us while we remain on earth.
This is perfect for the embroidery/handcraft expert to make it their own as well as a novice who wants to make something special while learning.  You won't need to source things and buy excess-- the kit is exactly the contents that you need. You provide straight pins (if you desire) and scissors.
The puppet measures 8.75" tall by 6.5" wide.
Because of the nature of wool being a natural material, the cutting and rastering process leaves a slight odor. All pieces have been treated with an ozone treatment that deodorizes without affecting the quality or integrity of the material. Any additional odor that may remain will dissipate with use.
Available saints include St. Therese, St. Dominic, St. Benedict, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Patrick, St. Rose of Lima, and St. George.  Each kit sold separately.
